reportable spill shall be FAXed to: Minerals Program Supervisor, Division of <br />Minerals and Geology, FAX (303) 832-8106. The FAX shall include acall-back <br />number of a responsible company official for DMG staff to use as a contact. <br />2. The operator will submit an acreage reduction revision to the application deleting <br />that portion of the original permitted area that is now included in the Bluestone <br />Pit, File M-1991-035, more specifically described as West'/< of Section 9, <br />Township 2 South, Range 70 West of the 6`h P.M. in Jefferson County, Colorado. <br />3. The applicant will submit a technical revision(s) to the application addressing <br />and/or updating the following exhibits or sections of the permit application: <br />i <br />a. Mining plan -Address reclai I ed slopes, depth of mining, topsoil salavage <br />and replacement; <br />t <br />b. Revegetation -Update seed mix, submit new weed control plan; <br />i <br />c. Maps -Provide updated location, mining and reclamation maps <br />incorporating the various changes to all other exhibits; <br />d. Hydrology -Revise, as necessary to address groundwater exposure issues; <br />I <br />e. Wildlife -Provide or update information as necessary to address any <br />i <br />changes that have occurred since application approval. <br />No mining shall occur on the site anti 1 this revision(s) is submitted and approved <br />by the Division. In addition, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and the <br />the United States Department of Energy will be noticed and/or copied on all <br />revision submittals. <br />
