Z-t <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> Washington County- district 2 road Department, (Foreman: Charles Kuntz) whose <br /> address and phone number is 501 4th Avenue, Otis, CO 80743; phone (970) 246- <br /> 3347, has filed an application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) <br /> Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land reclamation Board under <br /> provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction <br /> Material. The proposed mine is known at the Hayes Gravel Pit, and is located at or <br /> near Section 32, Township 3 North, Range 50 West of the 6th P.M. in Washington <br /> County, Colorado. <br /> The proposed date of commencement is is as soon as permitted and will end upon the <br /> depletion of the road material, which could take several years. The proposed future <br /> use of the land is farmland or wildlife habitat. Additional information and tentative <br /> decision date may be obtained from the division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 <br /> Sherman St, Rm 215, Denver, CO 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Washington <br /> County Clerk and Recorder's office in the Washington County Court House in Akron, <br /> Co, or the above named applicant. <br /> Comments must be in writing and must be received by the division of Minerals and <br /> Geology by 4:00 p.m. ten days after this publication. <br />
