The proposed mine is known at the Hayes Gravel Pit, and is located at or <br /> near Section 32, Township 3 North, Range 50 West of the 6th P.M. in Washington <br /> County, Colorado. <br /> The proposed date of commencement is is as soon as permitted and will end upon the <br /> depletion of the road material, which could take several years. The proposed future <br /> use of the land is farmland or wildlife habitat.
