Please contact <br />Adams County for concerns on a designated haul route or possible road improvement agreements. <br />REQUIREMEIV_L5: <br />WCR 2 (168th Ave.) is designated on'the Transportation Plan Map as an arterial status road that would require <br />a future right-of-way of 100 feet. The'applicant needs to dedicate an additional 20 feet of right-of-way for future <br />expansion through their facility. The existing right-of-way at this location is 60 feet. <br />Acceleration and deceleration lanes will be required at the access point to accommodate asphaltlconcrete plants, <br />bops, etc_ This needs to be identified and placed on the plat. <br />Setbacks for mining/reclamation should be dimensioned from future rights-0f-way. The standard typical setback <br />would tle 25 feet from the property line for mining operations. <br />i <br />There will be no heavy hauling permitted on WCR 23'/: adjacent to the proposed gravel operation.
