PUBLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Date of commencement and dale of completion should represent [he dates which you feel most accurately describe the life of the
operation.
For all Regular (I 12) types of operations, this notice must be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks, starting within
ten (l0) da}'s of the date the application is considered to be submitted to the Division. The final date for receiving conmrents is the
20th day after the fourth publication or the next regulaz business day.
All notices must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the proposed mining operation and mailed to
the landowners asset forth in the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation RWes and Regulations. Since the date for consideration of
your application may change, DO NOT include it in this notice.
