PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. <br />PUBLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: <br />Date of commencement and dale of completion should represent [he dates which you feel most accurately describe the life of the <br />operation. <br />For all Regular (I 12) types of operations, this notice must be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks, starting within <br />ten (l0) da}'s of the date the application is considered to be submitted to the Division.
