Colorado Avenue <br />Denver, Colorado 80210 <br />Re: Daniels Sand Company's "SAND PIT N0. 2", El Paso County, <br />File No. M-73-007 <br />Dear Mr. Heifner: <br />On June 26, 1985, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved Daniels <br />Sand Company's proposed amendment of the permit for the above-captioned <br />operation, contingent upon the receipt of the additional $55,000.00 Financial <br />Warranty. <br />Enclosed with the copy of this letter to Mr. G. Scott Briggs is a Corporate <br />Surety Form requiring completion and submittal prior to implementation of any <br />of the approved amendment provisions.
