Please address the following items in <br />detail as soon as possible. <br />Mining Plan <br />Z. Have you contacted Mr. Hi11 regarding the concerns outlined in <br />his Zetter of March 11, 1982? Hopefully these concerns will <br />be adequately addressed prior to the April Board meeting. <br />2. How often will blasting occur during production? T• ' <br />3. Every effort should be made to minimize the acreage of disturbed <br />land at any one time. In an operation of this type it is normal <br />to have numerous small unreclaimed areas, however, these areas <br />should be stabilized and Zeft in a clean condition between <br />extraction. <br />4. Whict• access road wi1Z be used? - <br />Reclamation Plan <br />1. Will the area be seeded in accordance with the Soil Conservation y <br />Service's letter submitted with this application? The staff <br />recommends that mountain mahogany and rabbit brush be planted. <br />
