(previous discharge CDPS permit no. CO-0000 78). This facility h <br />other owners and operators from which had the following successive name changes: Gary Westerrz Company, th <br />Gary Refining Company, and finally Western Slope Refining Company. The previous owner, Western Slo <br />Reftning Company, was also separately involved at the site with hazardotu materials/waste remediation projects. <br />Products ojthis refinery included the fallowing: gasoline (premium unleaded, unleaded, and regular), diesel, je <br />fuel, JP4, LPG, calcined petroleum coke, naphtha and sulfur have been produced The design production rate. <br />this refinery is approximately 16,000 barrels per day ojcrude feed.
