AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UYDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />Ln compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 as amended) and the <br />Water Pollution Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 12S 1 et seq.; the "Act") the <br />FRUITAMARICETTi`iGAND NIAuYAGEMENT, INCORPORATED <br />is authorized to discharge from the FOIhhfER FRUITA REFINERY, located at 1493 Highways 6 and 50, Fruiter, Colorado; in th <br />of Section 10, the SW '/~ and the SE '/ of Section 1 I, TIN, R3 W; Latitude: 39° 10' 3S" North, longitude: 108° 4T S4" West, to dta <br />Colorado River in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth in Part I and II here <br />dischazges authorized herein shall be consistent vrith the terms and condirions of this permit. <br />The applicant may demand an adjudicatory hearing within thirty days of the issuance of the final permit determination, per the C <br />Discharge Permit System Regulations, 61.7(1). Should the applicant choose to contest any of the effluent tirnitaHotLS, mo <br />requirements or other conditions contained herein, the applicant must comply with Section 24~-104 CRS and the Colorado Di <br />Permit System Regulations.
