Weed Control Plan <br />Weeds will be controlled at the pit site. Weeds will either be mowed or sprayed, as appropriate for <br />weed growth. JetTrey Sprague of Sprague Scraper Service has a mower used for other operations <br />at their family farm that can be utilized to control growth. He also has spray equipment, which can <br />be utilized if necessary. Should noxious weeds occur at the site, they will either be sprayed by <br />Sprague Scraper Service or reported to the Washington County Weed Control Program Manager <br />who will be hired to spray with the appropriate control chemicals. <br />2. Proof of Notices <br />Enclosed aze espies of the pmofof notice to adjoining landowners and a copy of the newspaper <br />publication. The Akron -News Reporter is still sending the official proof of publication that will <br />be forwazded upon receipt. <br />3. Reclamation Cost Estimate <br />We have reviewed the cost estimate prepared by the Division. While it is higher than our estimate, <br />we understand the differences and accept the cost estimate that you prepazed for the reclamation <br />bond requirement. <br />
