Additional Monitoring: As described in section VI.A.2.d. i., a 12-time analysis for total recoverable (7'R) arsenic, potentially dissolved (PD) cadmium, TR trivalent chromium, PD copper, drssolved and TR iron, PD manganese, total mercury, PD nickel, PD selenium, PD silver, and PD zinc, is needed jor ou a11015. The first sampling shall occur during the first month after the permit becomes effective (or upon commencement ofdischarge) and sampling shall continue for the next eleven consecutive months. Ifno discharge occurs during the month, sampling shall resume when discharge resumes and continue until twelve samples have been collected and analyzed using approved methods with method detection limits as low or lower than those specified in Part I.E3. of the permit. C. Reporting 1. Dischnrge Monitoring Report: Oxbow Mining, LLC shnll submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) an a monthly basis to the Division. The Division now requires all permittees to submit DMRs monthly. These reporu shall contain the required summarization of the test results for parameters shown in Tables VI-4 and VI-5 above and Part LB.1 of the permit.
