Linden, Trinidad, CO 81082; (719) 846-2931, filed an application to conduct surface extraction of <br />construction materials and rechunation,at or near Section 29, Township 29S, Range 51 W, 6th Prime Meridian, <br />in Las Animas County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, <br />Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for ]uly 6, 1999. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Las Animas County Clerk & Recorder's office and at <br />the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado <br />80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within ten (10) days of the date of the newspaper public <br />notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
