<br />THE GRIFFING N0. 1 DITCH, a/k/a LANDO N0. 2 DITCH, Ditch No, 46, and

<br />c.f,s. of water decreed to flow therein under Priority No. 44, 8.0
<br />c.f,s. of water decreed to flow therein under Priority No. 2,08, 4.0

<br />Lando No. 2 Ditch); THE VADER DOMESTIC WELL and 15 g.p.m, decreed thereto
<br />for domestic, stockwater, and yard irrigation purposes under Case No.
<br />W-1182; and the DAN VADER STOCKWATER WELL and 20 g.p.m, decreed thereto
<br />for stockwater and yard irrigation under Case No. W-1184, all in
<br />Gunnison County, Colorado, in Water Division No, 4,
<br />with all its appurtenances, and warrants the title to the same, subject to taxes
<br />for the year 1978, due and payable in the year 1979, easements and rights of
<br />way in place or of record, and any and all encumbrances of record.
