Pacheco: <br />The Division has received a letter from Mathew Valdez, Costilla County Planning and Zoning with a copy <br />of the required public notice of the application for [he San Acacio pit together with copies of notices <br />addressed to the surface owners of property adjacent to the proposed permit area. <br />The evidence of the public notice satisfies the requirements of Rule 1.6.2 (I) (d) for the San Acacio <br />application. <br />The copies of the notices addressed ro the surface owners of property adjacent to the proposed permit area, <br />however, do not entirely satisfy the requirements of Rule ].6.2 (I) (g). Evidence must be provided of proof <br />of receipt of those notices prior to Office consideration of the application.
