Bonser Pit, File No. M-2000-156 <br />Corps File No. 200180056 <br />Dear Mr. Mount: <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Reference is made to the above-mentioned project located in Section 15, Township 5 North, <br />Range 68 West, Lorimer County, Colorado. <br />If any work associated with this project requires the placement of dredged or fill material, and <br />any excavation associated with a dredged or fill project, either temporary or permanent, in waters of the <br />United States at this site, this office should be notified by a proponent of the project for proper <br />Department of the Army permits or changes in permit requirements pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean <br />Water Act.
