Appendix A is the calcu- <br />lations indicating that an additional $616,136 is required for <br />1985. The existing letter of credit in your files shows a $315,000 <br />amount for 1984 disturbance. With the increase of $616,136 the <br />total amount needed is $931,136. Enclosed is a letter of credit <br />from the Texas American Bank for $931,150 with the Mined Lands <br />Reclamation Division as the beneficiary.
