Exhibit "B" <br /> (2) The operator shall provide the following information: <br /> (a) A description of the vegetation and soil characteristics in the area of the proposed <br /> operation acquired from the Huerfano County SCS. <br /> Soil types are the Schamber gravelly sandy loam, 3 to 15 percent slopes and <br /> Willowman gravelly sandy loam, 3 to 8 percent slopes. The area vegetation and types <br /> and yields are included in the report attached. <br /> (b) Identify each man-made structures within two hundred (200) feet of the affected area <br /> and the owner of each structure. <br /> The only man-made structures on or within two hundred (200) feet of the affected <br /> area are the fences. The applicant has agreed to maintain the fences in adequate <br /> condition for the Lessor. <br /> (c) A description of the water resources in the area of the proposed operation. <br /> The proposed operation is located south of the Huerfano River and at the top of a <br /> mesa or bluff. A Stormwater Discharge Permit will be acquired from the Water <br /> Resources Division that will be designed to prevent any drainage into that river. <br /> (d) A wildlife statement is not required. However, the Lessee's experience in the area <br /> and the Lessor's indicate that no critical or important habitats or wildlife species will <br /> be impacted by this operation. <br />
