The <br />letter was received from Dawn M. Mann, an attorney, representing John Kimbrel, Ben <br />Franciscotti, Bill Ugolinis and Jim Hribar. Please contact Ms. Mann and attempt to <br />understand and her client's reasons for objecting to the application and if possible, <br />address their concerns.
