<br />RESERVING unto Grantor all goal, oil and gas, and an
<br />undivided one-half interest !a all gravel, in, upon and
<br />under said land, together with the right to utilize so
<br />much of the surface of said land ae is reasonably
<br />necessary for the proper and convenient working of such
<br />coal, oil and gse, and gravel subject to the obligation
<br />to pay surface damages, and further aubjeet to the res-
<br />triction that no such surface utilization shall in any
<br />way obstruct or interfere with the construction, repair,
<br />zeconetruction, maintenance or use of any road or
<br />utility lines constructed oa or buried beneath the
<br />surface of said land.
