Box 103 <br />Delta, Colorado 81416 <br />RE: Sand and Gravel; Delta County <br />File No. 77-20 (pit 1); 77-21(pit 2); 77-22 (pit 3) <br />Dear Mr. Starner: <br />We have received your application for a Mining and Reclamation permit for <br />your proposed operations in Delta County. An initial review indicates that <br />ell preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, <br />Article 32 of Title 34, Section 34-32-110, have been submitted with your <br />application. <br />The tentative date for considetation of your application by the Mined <br />i.and Reclamation Board will be March 22, 1977. You el~ould commence <br />publication of a notice of filing of this application, accordingly. <br />Notice requi,~ements can be found in section 34-32-110.
