Productive sources of conventional bedrock groundwater <br />in the area surrounding our permit area are exclusively <br />associated with faulting (see the accompanying water rights <br />b applications map and the water monitoring locations map <br />in section 2.04.7). Based on information gained by 22 drill <br />holes located within our permit area, and by operational <br />experience gained in the Apex ~1 and ~2 Mines, productive <br />aquifers 'are non-exiatant down to the structural horizons <br />encountered in our mining operation. <br />The alluvial groundwater encountered alongside Trout <br />Creek is presently under study. The details of the <br />monitoring program can be found elsewhere in this <br />application, <br /> <br /> <br />ZZ <br />
