<br />Limon, in the County of Lincoln, State of Colorado, and
<br />having a general circulation therein; that said newspaper
<br />tuu been continuously and uninterruptedly published in said
<br />County fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks next prim to the
<br />first publicaion of the annexed notice, and that said news-
<br />paper is a newspaper within the meaning of the act of the
<br />General Assembly of the State of Colorado, approved Mardr
<br />30, 1973, being Chapter 139, Ses.~on Laws of 1923, as amended
<br />by Chapter 113 of the Session Laws of 1931, and as amended
<br />by Chapter 158 of the Session Laws of 1935; that said news-
<br />paper has been admitted to the United States mails as second-
<br />class matter under the provisions of the Ad of Congress of
<br />Mazch 3, 1879, or any amendments thereof, that the annexed
<br />notice was published in the regulaz and entire issue of every
<br />number of said weekly newspaper [or a period of ~
<br />consecutive issues, and that the first Publication of said
<br />notice was in the issue of said newspaper dated Feb,
