Due to the size <br />of the permit area, CWI feels this map scale provides enough <br />detail in manageable format for review. <br />(2) Life of operation maps clearly depict lands and waters at a <br />scale of 1:12,000 or larger. <br />(3) Where appropriate, all maps depict lands and waters at a scale <br />of 1:12,000 or larger. <br />Permit and Adjacent Areas. <br />(1) Refer to Maps 2-4, 2-5, and 8A-8. <br />(2) Refer to Maps 2-4, 2-5, and 8A-8. <br />(a) Refer to Maps 2-4, 2-5, and SA-8. <br />(b) CWI has not obtained a small operator's license. <br />(3) Refer to Maps 2-4, 2-5, and SA-8. <br />(4) Refer to Maps 2-4, 2-5, and 8A-8. <br />2.10.3 Specific Information Requirements. <br />(1) (a) Map 9-2 depicts surface ownership on record at the Del- <br />ta County Recorder's Office. Map 9-5 deoicts mineral <br />ownership and Federal lease numbers. <br />(b) Maps 9-2 and 9-5 depict Colorado Westmoreland Inc .'s <br />legal rights to enter and conduct surface and under- <br />ground activities. <br />(c) The boundaries of life-of-mine surface Facilities are <br />shown on Pfap 8A-8. Map 2-5 depicts long-term mine pro- <br />jections which will be submitted as permit renewals in <br />five-year segments (refer to Map 2-5). Colorado 4?est- <br />moreland Inc. is submitting environmental baseline data <br />for the entire life-of-mine permit area.
