Yesterday, I received your response to my adequacy letter of Feb 1, 1985
for the 110 application for the above captioned operation. In g neral, you
have answered all of my questions concerning the operation and reclamation
of this proposed gravel pit. However, there are still a few mat ers that
will need to be resolved before this matter can be considered by the Mined
Land Reclamation Board during the upcoming February 27-28, 1985 eting.
I will mention these briefly below.
First of all, I still need the proof of publication and the pro
a` fication to all adjacent landowners (as well as the landowners
