This stipulation was supposed to have been resolved within <br />120 da}~s of permit issuance. According to our records this 120 <br />days is up July 10, 1982. <br />I apologize for not getting in touch with you sooner regard- <br />. ing this matter. However, as you are aware we have other con- <br />cerns at tvalden at this time.
