• <br />Demonstration <br />The system will be operated by mine personnel for the 12- <br />month evaluation. <br />The FMA team will periodically observe and check performance <br />data. Day-to-day data and records which reflect system and mine <br />performance will be kept by mine engineers. Measurements and <br />other evaluation will be conducted as described in this revised <br />program plan. <br />Evaluation and Final Report <br />The following information will be summarized in the draft <br />final report: <br />a. Operating and capital cost <br />b. Cost/ton of waste delivered <br />c. Mine productivity gain or loss <br />u <br />d. Environmental effects <br />e. Actual system design as built <br />f. Component specifications and drawings <br />g. Effect on mine operations <br />h. Recommended changes. <br />The report will be submitted within 17 months of the <br />Phase II start-up. <br />An oral report will be given within 10 days after the draft <br />final report submission. <br />Fifty copies of the corrected and approved final report will <br />be submitted within 30 days after approval by USBM. <br />Task Breakdown and Program Schedule <br />A task and month-by-month labor breakdown is presented in <br />Tables 1 and 2. The program schedule is presented in Figure 1. <br />• <br />
