RESPONSE Five copies of the complete permit revision application are submitted to CMLRD and seven copies to the OSM, Western Technical Center. TCC has developed a new format for this application. Rather than address each performance standard separately, TCC has incorporated the technical responses to Rule 4 into the narrative of the applicable section under Rule 2. Throughout the application, the appropriate Rule is set forth in its entirety, underlined, and followed by the response of TCC to the requirements of the Rules. (9) A responsible official of the applicant shall certify that the information contained in the application is true and correct to the best of the official's information and belief. RESPONSE The certification that the information contained in this application is true and correct to the best of current knowledge, information, and belief is set forth on the last page of the "Application Form for a Permit to Conduct Coal Mining in Colorado", and provided with the appropriate signatures.. RULE 2.03.4 -IDENTIFICATION OF INTERESTS Each anolication shall contain the followine information, except that the submission of a social security number is voluntary. (1) Each application shall contain a statement of whether the annlication is a corporation, partnership, single proprietorshie, association, or other business entity.
