~~/~~ <br />RELATED INFORMATION. <br />RULE 2.03.1 OBJECTIVE <br />1111111IIl~I!!!!!Il <br />The objective of 2.03 is to ensure that the Division receives all relevant information re arding ownership <br />and control of surface coal mining operations, the ownership and control of the property to be affected by those <br />operations, the compliance history and status of the applicant and other relevant persons, and other important <br />information required in the application. <br />RESPONSE <br />Within this permit revision application, T\ventymile Coal Company (TCC) has provided CMLRD all <br />relevant information regarding uwnersltip and control of dte underground coal mining operations, the <br />ownership and control of the property affected by [hose operations, the compliance history and status of <br />TCC and other relevant persons, and other important information required in this application. <br />The permit boundary description can he found in Exhibit 0. <br />RULE 2.03.2 - I2ESPONSIBILI7'IES <br />It is the responsibility of the permit applicant to provide to the Division a written application to perfbnn <br />• surface coal minim, and reclamation operations. <br />RESPONSE <br />With this permit revision application, TCC has provided CMLRD a written application to perform surface <br />coal mining and reclamation operations as defined under Rule 1.04 (132) and Rule 1.04 (133). <br />RULE 2.03.3 -FORMAT AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION <br />(11 Information in the application shall be current presented dearly and concisely and supported by <br />~propriate references to technical and other written material available to the Division. <br />KESPONSE <br />TCC Itas endeavored to delineate information in this application as clearly and concisely as possible, <br />consistent with dte scope of the regulations. Special care has been taken to support all information by <br />technical references and other appropriate authorities. A bibliography is included with this application as <br />Exhibit 2, Bibliography. Special attention has been given during the development of this application to <br />document all conclusions with sound technical data. <br />(21 All tests, analyses or surveys carried outpursuant to these Rules shall be performed or certified by a <br />qualified person. <br />.
