<br />22.1' id., a distance of 1288.50'; thence, S. 0° 39.4'
<br />W., a distance of 1328.60'; thence, N. 89° 03.0' 1•I,,
<br />1303.82'; thence N. 2640.00', more or less; thence,

<br />containing 139.0118 acres, more or less located in

<br />2. The applicant is a native born citizen of the United States of
<br />America, and the applicant's address for the purpose o£ this patent
<br />proceeding is c/o Peter Cosgriff, P 0 Box 11, Leadville, Colorado 80461.
<br />An affidavit subscribed and sworn to by the applicant entitled "Proof
<br />of Citizenship" is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
<br />3. The title to the claims is vested in the applicant by right
<br />of discovery, proper posting of notices of location, and recording of
<br />location certificates in the records of the Cleric and Recorder for
<br />l.alce County, Colorado. The Mallie Kay was ori.gi.nal..l.y located on
<br />October 6, 1951 and a certificate of location recorded in Book 307
<br />at page 45G of the above records on November 5, 1951. An amended
<br />location certificate to coxrect errors in the original was recorded
<br />August 17 in Book 322 at page 431. The Jay placer claim was located
<br />on July 18, 1954 and a certificate of location recorded August 26, 1954
<br />in Book 319 at page 43, with an amended certificate being recorded
<br />August 17, 1955 in Book 322 at page 432. .The Ellis B, placer claim
<br />was located on August 18, 1954 and a certificate of location recorded
<br />August 26, 1954 in Book 319 at page 42, with an amended certificate
<br />being recorded August 17, 1955 in Book 322 at page 433. The Charles
<br />placer claim Boas located July 15, 1955 and a certificate of location
<br />recorded in Book 322 at page 434 on August 17, 1955. The Blue Jay
<br />placer claim was located on September 25, 1946 and a certificate of
<br />location recorded October 17, 1946 in Boolc 301 at pai;c 392. The liacak
<br />placer claim was originally located by Daniel E. lJebster on Septcmber
<br />25, 1946 and a certificate of location recorded on October 17, 1946
<br />in Book 301 at page 391. By quit claim deed recorded June 30, 1947
