LOnR <br />Division DlrrUll~ <br />Re: Dahlia North Res Pit, File No. M-94-093, Receipt of 112 Reclamation <br />Permit Application <br />Dear Mr. Fleming: <br />On October 19, 1994, the Division of Minerals and Geology received the 112 <br />Reclamation Permit application for the Dahlia North Res Pit, File No. <br />M-94-093. Preliminary review determined that the following items must be <br />submitted before technical review of your application can begin: <br />Pages 6 and 7 were missing from the permit application package. These <br />two pages must be completed and submitted to the Division before <br />technical review of the application will begin. <br />You may amend your application by submitting the requested items. In <br />accordance with Rule 1.8, a decision date will be established 90 days from the <br />date of receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated <br />publication, you will need to republish notice which specifies the final date <br />for receiving comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the <br />next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application. The Division will review your application <br />to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act after <br />submittal of all required items. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Division. <br />Sincerely, <br />Barbara D.
