Water resources <br />No streams, lakes, water ponds of reservoirs would receive drainage directly for <br />the operation. <br />Proposed mining operation is located in the Chase Gtilch 6u' level watershed, <br />HIJC 101900010304. <br />(D) N/A FOR 110(2) LIMITED IMPACT <br />(E) CURRENT PIT DESCRIPTION <br />(El) <br />The Pit is located on a 20 Acre lode claim (BLM Serial NO. CMC251125) with the <br />main entrance to the claim at N39.07525 W 105.55431. <br />The current pit center is located at N34.07467 W 105.55512. This position is the <br />"MINE" location used to determine the location of the claim boundazies. The pit <br />center line extends 100 ft at 4S° and 75 R at 225° to form the 175 ft length. The <br />width of the pit is an average of 30 ft, consisting of 15 ft extending (from the pit <br />center) perpendicular to the center line in each direction (316° and 135°). The <br />average depth of the pit is 11 ft, with a maximum depth of 18 ft. <br />The pit entrance and exit is located on the south west end of the pit. The current pit <br />surface area is 5,750 ft2, with a volume of 38,625 ft3 or 3,187 tons. <br />The west side of the pit has a fence and "DANGER" tape running 201 ft, marking the <br />border of the pit and the aspen grove. <br />The north east side of the pit has "Pile 1" (Stock Material): Center at N39.074b8 <br />W 105.55488, the length covering 54 ft at 40° and 26 ft at 220° from center location <br />2!6/2007 <br />Page 5 of 11 <br />
