In most areas it will be substantially <br />less than that. <br />Topsoil- Overburden. The topsoil containing what the <br />SCS c ar~ize~as gown loamy sand and sandy loam (the <br />first approximately 20 inches) will be stockpiled on the <br />east side of the property by the road. The next approxi- <br />mately 40 inches of material characterized by SCS as loamy <br />course sand will similarly be stock piled on the property <br />by the road. If a market can be found for the latter mat- <br />erial, it will be sold. Such is very doubtful. In the <br />event it is not sold, it will be spread over the area to <br />be reclaimed first and thereafter the topsoil would be <br />replaced over that material. <br />I hope the above resolves any questions or concerns <br />you may have.
