As noted on <br />the letter, they are objecting to the application. Please provide <br />us with your responses to Summit County's comments. <br />The second letter is from the Colorado State Historic Preservation <br />Office. As noted in their letter, they recommend that, if the <br />area has not been previously disturbed, a cultural resource survey <br />be undertaken.
