36. Explain what effect the proposed use will have on the existing traffic in the neighborhood, if no <br />change is expected, explain why. no eft-ect anticipated tragic on the roadway is less than design <br />37. The project site must be served with utilities necessary to adequately to accommodate the proposed <br />use. Address the following items: <br />a. What utilities will be necessary to accommodate the proposed use? Yes No X If yes, then <br />documentation from the Colorado Division of Water Resources shall be provided evidencing that <br />the well can be used for the proposed use, including fire protection, and marked as EXHIBIT <br />36c.1. <br />d. *Will the proposed use necessitate the conversion of agricultural water to non-agricultural uses? <br />Yes No X Will the proposed use in any way preserve agricultural water for agricultural <br />purposes? Yes No X If yes, please explain. <br />e. * Will the proposed use require service from a public sewer system? Will utility services in the neighborhood (electricity, natural gas, telephone, cable television, <br />irrigation, trash collection) be required to be modified in order to provide service adequate for the <br />proposed use?
