Page i l of 32 <br />6.3.2 (a)_ According to the Soil Survey of Fremont County Area, Colorado produced by the USDA and <br />NRCS, the proposed site is in the Shanta Loam-104 and Kim-50. Please see the attached <br />correspondence and enclosures from the Fremont Conservation District. <br />6.3.2 (~ There are no permanent man-made structures within two hundred feet of the affected area <br />except for the fence, which is owned by the owner/operator. The owner/operator will maintain the fence <br />to insure that it will meet the requirements of a legal fence defined by Colorado State Statute <br />6.3.2 c There are no water-ways which will receive run-off directly from the affected area. The site <br />will be contoured and bermed to keep any potential rvn-oft from going directly into any water-ways. <br />'T'he run-off will be directed to sites where it can percolate into the grozurd at natural historic rates. In <br />the event o'1' a catastrophic storm, the run-o'ff will be dettiined in the proposed detention area and released <br />at historic rates so that the rttn-off can percolate into the soil without affecting the local water-ways. <br />Please see the attached well logs fi•om the 'previous homeowner <br />6.3.2 (d~ Not required. <br />9/18/2006 <br />
