Permit Condition <br />~%c~A reportable spi0 is a spill of eny mxic or hazardous substance (iceluding spills of petrolemn <br />products) witltm the mined land permit area reportable m any Division of the Colorado <br />Deparmrent of Public Health and the Enviro~eny the National Response Center, the Colorado <br />Emergency Planning Commission, any local Emergency Planning Commissio4 local <br />Emergency Phuming Cometittee, or the Stsu Oil Itupacmr. The Mine Operator shall notify the <br />Division of Mmera64 and Geology (DMG) of a reportable spiQ within the mined hoof permit <br />area using the same timeframe required by the Pamit, license, notice, stamen, Wile or regulation <br />governing the reporting of the spill m the otter appropriate agency. Notice of a reportable spill <br />shall be FAXed m: Mmerats Program Supervisor, Division of M;naais and Geology, FAX <br />(303) 832-8106.
