Statutes, the Division of Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice that on

The applicant proposes to conduct coal exploration operations on portions of
Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 88 West, in Routt County. This applica-
tion consists of drilling one bore hole, two monitoring wells and 6,355 feet
of challow spismic exploration.
