Hoskin Construction, Company for the <br />Velarde Gravel pit. My client was granted a Huerfano County Conditional Use Permit on <br />August 21, 2002 for this pazcel of land. In granting this Conditional Use Permit the use of <br />County Road 613 was included for egress and ingress to the gravel pit. <br />My client does plan on using County Road 613 ~to access the frontage road on the west <br />side of Interstate Twenty-five (I-25) as well as going in the other direction to access <br />Colorado State Highway Sixty-nine (69). These haul routes will be used to facilitate the <br />best use of resources. The choice to use County Road 613 to the west will be based on <br />where the project is located such as does it make more sense to haul on this route to save <br />energy by reducing time and distance traveled. This route will not be used on a daily <br />basis to haul product to market but rather as a project source. <br />D.G. Hoskin Construction, Company. will commit to enforcing all safry r11es or.
