<br />SaJ <br />EXHIBIT B <br />SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />MQk ~ F~~,E~. <br />8 ~~ <br />(a) General soil, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Soil <br />Conservation Service, if the Santanta-Kim which is: nearly level to strongly <br />sloping, deep, well drained, light colored soils that formed in silty eolian <br />material. <br />The specific area co~Ssists of one (1) soil type: <br />1) SAMPSON LOAM, 0-2% slopes #37 <br />Please see the attached map and description of soil types. <br />(b) There are no permanent man-made structures within 200' of the affected <br />area. <br />(c) Active mining area will be adjacent to, but not in, Ladder Creek. <br />Ladder Creek is a dry creek but will run water a couple times a year <br />after significant rains. The creek should not receive drainage directly <br />from the affected area. There are no springs, lakes, stock water ponds, <br />ditches, reservoirs, or acquifers which would receive drainage. <br />No significant, valuable, permanent man-made structures within 200' of <br />the affected area i.e. no houses, barns, fences, utilities, irrigation ditches, <br />roads, bridges, wells, pipelines, water storage impoundments, railroad <br />tracks, cemeteries, communication antennas. <br />
