The attached information is being provided to notify you of <br />the location and nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the <br />"Division") and the local county clerk or recorder. <br />The applicandoperatorpmposes to reclaim the affected land to RArt(r ~ ~,4a/~1 use. Pursuant to Section <br />34-32.5-116(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the local Boazd of County Commissioners before approving of the <br />post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
