Please respond
no later than September 20, 1985.
Exhibit B - Mining Plan
~~~h Is all previous disturbance at this site included in this application? If
not, is it possible to include these areas so that some form of reclamation
can be accomplished on these previously mined area?
,~e~~1R, Where will the topsoil stockpile be located? If the pile lasts for more
.,~c~P than one growing season, the pile should be sloped to no steeper than 3h:ly
and seeded to protect soil quality and quantity.
\~;;` ~3~. The Division disagrees with your proposed of "near vertical slopes between
the terraces?. To insure proper reclamation of this site, it is necessary to
reduce these slopes to considerably less than vertical. Please discuss the
sloping of this site in greater detail specifying overall grade and grade
between terraces.
423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.
