• LEASE The undersigned hereby.grant unto the Boazd of County Commissioners of Cheyenne County, Colorado, the right to open, permit and operate a sand, gravel, and rock pit upon the following described property in the County of Cheyenne, State of Colorado, to-wit: N2NW4 Section 8, Township 15 South, Range 44 West of the 6'h P.M.-Munsch Pit. The said gravel pit shall contain approximately 9.50 acres of land for which the undersigned is being paid the sum of $125.00 per permit acre per yeaz, which constitutes payment for all surface damages caused by such pit, and for the option to renew said lease as herein provided, and does not constitute payment in any manner for the gravel ,mined. The first payment shall be paid upon acceptance of this Consent and Agreement by the Board of County Commissioners and upon the Boazd obtaining a Mining Permit upon the premises. The undersigned does hereby grant to the Board the right to apply for and obtain a Mining Permit from the State of Colorado, for the purpose of operating a sand, gravel, and rock piton the above described property. The right to operate said gravel pit shall be for Five (5) yeazs, with option to renew subject to approval of owner of record and Board of County Commissioners. Cheyenne County, Colorado, does hereby agree to reclaim the land pursuant [o the requirements of the Mining Permit to be obtained from the Stale of Colorado.
