We have
re-done the maps with the typo error of 7645 feet to reflect 7635 feet. (Please see Prc-Mining and
Mining Plan Maps Revision date 12-12-00.) We agree that the Soils Map now has all of the correct
soil types labeled and shown correctly.
Exhibit "D" -Minine Plan
The Applicant/Operator understands that a Condition of Approval may be required when the
Rail Spur is constructed to notify the DMG Office. This is a commitment that the operator wiU
assume. No road building or hauling activity will be done between the mining area to the west and
the load-out to the east until all damage agreements have been established, with the proper entities.
When any concrete or any other structures are built the DMG Office will be notified and a
Bond Commitment will be agreed upon at that time. The Applicant/Operatorcommits to providing
the changes if needed to stabilize the Fish Ditch, either with a concrete lining or a steel or concrete
culvert pipe. We believe such a structure of pipe line would cost installed 518.00 to 525.00 per
running R..
Exhibit "E" -Reclamation Plan
We hope that a Bond amount can be reached using our plan.
Exhibit ")F" -Reclamation Msa
A new map has been enclosed with Revision date 12-12-00 with typo error corrected to 7365
feet.
