Tomorrow was [o be Ute decision date for this appltcation, a date by which all required materials were to Have <br />been submitted, reviewed and found to be satisfactory and adequate for the requirements of this pemtit. I did receive a packet <br />of materials submitted by you mvvard completing this requirement, but there is no[ sufficient time far their review. Your latest <br />request asks for an exTension of the decision date until August 1, 1999. I am approving this request, and the decision date is <br />now set for 8/1/99. <br />As you are aware, if the requirements are not met by the decision date, the application may be denied. Therefore, please ensure <br />that all responses to Ote Division's 11/18/98 adequacy review letter and onsi[e inspection report of I/l3/99 are submitted with <br />enough time for them to be reviewed, and if necessary request further clarification from yon. If the new date cannot be met, <br />you [nay consider requesting another extension. <br />Please be aware drat, pursuant to Rule L4.2(3), if a[ the end of 365 days after the submittal date of the application, there are <br />still outstattding adequacy issues [o be addressed, dte decision on 01e application will be [Wade by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board during a hewing to be scheduled.
