Long <br />Divnion Direanr <br />Thank you for you letter dated June 19, 2000 regazding the City of Boulder's intent to backfill inert <br />structural fill at the Jenkins Site, Permit No. M-77-393. This letter satisfies the Division's concerns <br />noted in the April 6, 2000 inspection report and the requirements of Rule 3.1.5{9) of tLte Construction <br />Material Rules and Regulations. <br />The Division requests two items of clarification noted in your June 19, 2000 letter. A:, previously <br />discussed, the Division would like additional information chazacteristics of the City of Boulder Water <br />Treatment Plant Filter fines that will be used as a topsoil median. As an alternative, the City may send a <br />copy of the State of Colorado Health Department permit to use the fines as a topsoil median.
