[NMPM]. It is our understanding that the present bond being held is <br />$7,000.00. We have done an updated calculation based upon data supplied recently by Colorado <br />Quarries, and our new calculation indicates that the bond amount should be at least $10, 527.00. <br />Byway of this letter, I am requesting that the Mined Land Reclamation Board raise the required <br />bond by at least that amount. We understand that CDMG will add a further amount to this bond <br />of approximately 22%. <br />I am attaching the Reclamation Bond Evaluation Worksheet prepared by our geologist, Chazles <br />Fair.
