One of these forms should <br />be completed for each site with a prehistoric component. <br />1. State Site Number: 5RT868 2.Temporary Site Number: MM-2562 <br />3. Site Type: Lithic scatter <br />4. General Site Description: Site is located on a gentle slope overlooking an unnamed <br />intermittent drainage. Tertiary flakes dominate, followed by secondary flakes. No <br />primary flakes were observed The dominant material is white chert, closely followed <br />by translucent tan chalcedony. Other materials include tan-banded chert, grey <br />quartzite, and tan chert with black inclusions. One tan translucent chert <br />biface/scraper with a utilized edge along the long axis was found. One fine-grained <br />sandstone mono was also found. It is pecked to shape and has one working surface <br />pecked; the other working surface is polished. It is ovate in shape. There are <br />striations along the short axis. One white chert biface tip was also located. <br />5. Prehistoric Non-Architectural Features (note dimensions in meters): <br />None <br />6.
