Site Type: Lithic scatter <br />4. General Site Description: Site consists of eleven flakes, three pieces of shatter <br />and one Late Prehistoric projectile point. Dominant materials include white chert, <br />followed by translucent white chalcedony, and grey chert. All stages of manufacture <br />are present. Tertiary is dominant, followed by secondary and primary. Projectile point <br />is white chert, corner-notched with serrated edges. Site is located on a gentle <br />northern slope overlooking an intermittent drainage which runs into Grassy Creek, <br />approximately 250 feet northwest.
