COLORADO 80906-4101 <br />Stanley Conner <br />1683 South Clarkson <br />Denver, CO 80210 <br />Dear Mr. Conner: <br />Reference is made to our March 17, 1987 meeting at the Platte River <br />Resident Office which concerns your proposed placer mining project requiring <br />the discharge of dredged or fill material along portions of Russell Gulch <br />adversely modifying less than one acre of Russell Gulch. This project <br />is located at the SEi~r, of NW's, Section 20, T-3-S, R-72-W, Gilpin County, <br />Colorado. <br />Based on the information you provided, this office has determined <br />that your proposed work is authorized by the Department of the Army <br />Nationwide Permit found at 33 CFR Part 330.5(a)(26).
