<br />EXHIBIT C - MINING PLAN <br />1. Beginning as soon as appropriate papers are received approximately June 1. <br />The lease is for five years through January, 1992. <br />2. Theme is very little top soil to be encountered. Wi11 be working the <br />sand and gravel from the stream bed. <br />3. All material will be washed through a trommel and sluice box and redeposited <br />inter creek. <br />4. Sancl and gravel varying from 3 feet to 6 feet in depth. <br />5. The major components of the mining operation consist of sluice boxes, trommell <br />and backhoe. Living accommodations will be a self-contained motor home. <br />Mairtenance equipment consists of my mechanic-welding truck and materials <br />needed. <br />6. Pit dimensions are approximately 100 feet by 300 feet. <br />7. Roads are existing jeep trails which will be improved a small amount. <br />8. [later use consists of the pit filled with caater mostly from underground <br />feeders cahich is so contaminated at the present time it does not sustain <br />water life. Dater will be pumped and redeposited into stream bed. A <br />three-inch pump with a small gasoline engine 1ai11 be used Eor power. <br />9. Decaatering and sediments will be collected in another pit down stream. <br />10. Exposing water to the air and the pumping process seems to improve the <br />water qualit~~. <br />11. `cost of the ore will be processed on site with use of water only.
