Page 24 <br />Construction Materials Rule 1 <br />{d) the public, by newspaper release, and posting as <br />prescribed in Subsubparagreph 2.2.1(a)(iii). <br />(3) The Office shall send notice of the date, time and place of any Pre- <br />hearing Conference to: <br />(a) the Applicant; <br />(b) all persons who submitted timely statements in support of <br />or objections to the application and a basis for party status; <br />and <br />{c) the Board of County Commissioners and the applicable soil <br />conservation district. <br />115t2) (4) The Office shall provide notice of the date, time, and place Of any <br />application hearing by the Board, by: <br />(a) sending written notice to the Applicant, any person 1 <br />previously filing a protest or petition for a hearing or <br />statement in support of the application, and the local Board <br />of County Commissioners; <br />(b) publishing notice in a newspaper of generel circulation in <br />the locality of the proposed mining operation once a week <br />for lwo (2) consecutive weeks immediately prior to the <br />hearing; and <br />(c) mailing list, newspaper release, and posting as prescribed <br />in Subsubparegraph 2.2.1(a)(iii). <br />1.6.2 General Applicant Procedures <br />(1) The Applicant shall: <br />(a) Prior to submitting the application to the Office, send a <br />notice, on a form approved by the Board, to the local Board <br />
